Safeguarding

Introduction

At SNIPEF Training Services Ltd (STS), we are dedicated to safeguarding the welfare of everyone involved in the Modern Apprenticeship in Plumbing and Heating in Scotland, as well as anyone engaging with our organisation. Safeguarding involves protecting individuals particularly children, young people, and vulnerable adults from harm, abuse, and neglect while actively promoting their health, wellbeing, and rights.

Our aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and protected. Whether you are an apprentice, employer, or staff member, we prioritise your safety and ensure that robust safeguarding measures are in place to provide the care and support you need.

Safeguarding is a shared responsibility, and together, we can uphold the highest standards of safety and wellbeing for all.
