The SNIPEF team headed to Bathgate this month for filming with STV to highlight the ongoing workforce crisis in the plumbing and heating profession.
Fiona Hodgson, SNIPEF Chief Executive, spoke about the need for action to help reverse this trend and ensure that there are opportunities for the next generation of plumbing and heating professionals.
STV also spoke with Scott Murphy, Director of SNIPEF Member Precise Installs, to learn how the shortage in skilled labour has affected his business and the challenges they have faced.
