Registration of interest for Contractor Works Framework open

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking contractors to participate in its £100M Contractor Works Framework, which includes several categories relevant to plumbing and heating.
This initiative encompasses repair, maintenance and improvement works across various public buildings, including schools, libraries and social work facilities, over the next four years.
Lot 1, which covers mechanical, electrical and Public Health installation works (water services), may be particularly relevant to members. More information on all five lots can be found here.
Although this framework is based in Edinburgh, the substantial value of the opportunity is why we are sharing it with all members.
