Home Energy Scotland: Share your experiences and help us drive for change

SNIPEF is meeting with the Climate Minister in February to raise concerns about Home Energy Scotland (HES) and its financial impact on Members.
Feedback so far has highlighted delayed payments, cash flow challenges and administrative hurdles, making it difficult for installers to work within the scheme.
To push for meaningful improvements, we need real-life insights from those directly affected. If you've faced payment delays, slow and complex processes, or other barriers while involved with HES, your experience will help us make a stronger case for change.
