Scott is a the technical training manager with SNIPEF, supporting heating engineers across Scotland to build confidence and competence in modern low-carbon systems. With a background in installation and a strong focus on heat pump technologies, Scott combines deep technical understanding with a practical, supportive teaching style. He’s particularly passionate about raising standards and building a strong installer network across Scotland.
